This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Silkrun Master Subscription Agreement between Dubsof Limited (“Dubsof”) and Customer (the “Agreement”). It applies to Customer, its Authorised Users and anyone else who uses the Services through Customer’s account. Capitalised terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.
1. Prohibited Activities
Customer must not use the Services, including any AI Features, Actions or Silkrun Applications, to:
- break any law, or help anyone else break it;
- commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, scams or any other deceptive practice;
- impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent Customer’s identity or its relationship with any person or organisation;
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or electronic marketing that does not comply with the laws on consent and opt-out that apply to it;
- harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against any person, or promote violence or hatred;
- create, store or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers children;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person, or process personal data without a lawful basis;
- distribute malware, probe or attack any system or network, or circumvent any security or authentication measure;
- help develop or use weapons capable of causing mass casualties;
- make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, such as decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing or education, based solely on automated processing, except where the law permits it and appropriate human review is in place;
- carry out any use of AI that is prohibited under Article 5 of the AI Act, including social scoring and manipulative or exploitative techniques; or
- circumvent the safeguards, usage limits or monitoring built into the Services.
2. AI Model Providers
The Services use AI models provided by third parties, including Anthropic and OpenAI. Customer must also comply with the usage policies of those providers as they apply to the Services, which are available at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup and https://openai.com/policies/usage-policies. Customer must not use outputs of the Services to develop AI models that compete with Dubsof or with those providers.
3. Communications Sent Through the Services
Customer is responsible for every message and other communication sent through the Services on its behalf, including those sent by AI agents. Customer must not present AI-generated communications in a way that misleads recipients about whether they are dealing with a person, where the law requires disclosure.
4. Reporting
Customer must notify Dubsof promptly at support@dubsof.com if it becomes aware of any use of the Services that breaches this AUP. Anyone may report suspected abuse of the Services to the same address.
5. Enforcement
Dubsof may investigate any suspected breach of this AUP. Where Dubsof reasonably believes a breach has occurred, it may remove the content concerned, block Actions, or suspend access to the Services in accordance with the Agreement. A breach of this AUP is a Prohibited Use under the Agreement.
6. Changes
Dubsof may update this AUP from time to time, including to reflect changes to the usage policies of its AI model providers. Dubsof will give Customer reasonable notice of any material change.
